Base: $103,000 - $115,000/year; Bonus/Equity: potential for discretionary bonus (target 12%); Benefits: Medical, Rx, Dental, Vision, FSA/HSA, EAP, Financial Planning, Parental Leave, Education Assistance, 401(k) with match, PTO, Holidays, etc.
