Fontaine Modification Company is seeking a Write Up Inspector/Rail Car Estimator responsible for inspecting and estimating repairs on rail cars. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and knowledge of industry regulations, with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the inspection, researching, evaluation, and estimation of repairs in addition to the proper coding of and preparation of Billing Repair Card estimates & documentation required to maintain company, lessee, and customer fleets.
The incumbent must be trained in various inspection processes per FRA regulations and possess a working knowledge of current Fleet Repair Standards, AAR & FRA regulations.
