This position is essential in coordinating and scheduling Food & Beverage staff, NPO groups and all other staff needed.
The Concessions Staff Manager will ensure proper staffing levels for all events.
This individual will hire and train staff, schedule staff for events, organize and oversee payroll, maintain uniform inventory and maintain staff permit records.
