  • This position is essential in coordinating and scheduling Food & Beverage staff, NPO groups and all other staff needed.
  • The Concessions Staff Manager will ensure proper staffing levels for all events.
  • This individual will hire and train staff, schedule staff for events, organize and oversee payroll, maintain uniform inventory and maintain staff permit records.
