Salary
Base: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and stock award program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellbeing programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-12 years experience in strategy or operations
Bachelor's degree required with MBA preferred
Experience supporting large strategic customers
Strong executive communication and analytical skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Nice-to-have
Background in management consulting or corporate strategy
Previous experience working directly with Intel
Experience in semiconductor capital equipment industry
Demonstrated success in high-pressure environments
Bias for action and operational rigor
