Job Summary

  • Ensure the proper operations and management of all plants, systems and equipment, building, landscape and gardens, and grounds at their optimum conditions.
  • Assist in keeping close monitoring of all operating expenses to ensure that the budget is adhered to and costs are strictly controlled.
  • Regularly conduct departmental training program in accordance with a master training plan to all employees for them to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.
