Job Summary
The Nurse Aide in Training program prepares individuals to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) through hands-on experience and classroom instruction.
Trainees will assist residents with essential daily needs, observe and report changes in their condition, and support their overall comfort and safety.
This role requires physical ability to perform caregiving tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and the capacity to respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
