The role involves leading PAT introduction and maintenance in a state-of-the-art API Commercialisation Facility in Dublin, working closely with Chemical Development and multiskilled teams.

Must-have
Process Analytical Technology (PAT) expertise
cGMP manufacturing environment
Chemometric modeling and data analysis
Spectroscopic techniques including near-IR, mid-IR, Raman
Transfer and implementation of PAT methods
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-have
Experience managing change in regulated environments
Technical supervision and mentoring
Experience with Siemens SIPAT system
Development and validation of multivariate models
Strong coding skills in MATLAB or Python
Introducing new analytical technologies
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or PhD in chemistry, analytical chemistry or chemical engineering
Experience in R&D and/or manufacturing environments
Proven record in drug substance control strategies using PAT
Significant practical experience with major PAT spectroscopic techniques
Strong understanding of SHE and cGMP principles
Experience developing and transferring quantitative multivariate models
