The Senior Test Team Manager is responsible for direct management of the team of QA/Test specialist, as well as ensuring deliverables are met on time and on budget for his/her own project assignments.
Manage a team of QA/Test specialist in a challenging matrix organization; Develop the team in terms of scope and responsibilities, with the view of achieving and maintaining excellence in key change management activities.
