2-3 years financial planning experience
FSB approved qualification with 120 FAIS Credits
RE 5 Certification required
Fit and proper status maintenance
Six steps of financial planning execution
Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) proficiency
Absa approved product knowledge
Nice-to-have
Strong networking and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to meet sales and growth targets
Experience with reciprocal leads activities
Proficiency in managing commission earnings
