Job Summary
Being the Shop Manager it is your duty to drive your shop’s success, hitting labor and sales targets as set by the Regional Shop Manager and Regional Operator.
Oversee and be responsible for all the employees at your shop: onboarding, hiring, training, coaching and corrective action, terminations etc.
This role requires that you have availability to work a minimum of 37 hours per week.

Dutch Bros Shop Lead experience
No disciplinary action for the past 90 days
Obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification
Complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
Completion and passing of standard background check and MVR
