Job Summary

  • Responsibilities Represent the organization professionally presenting Serviced Residences’ products and services
  • Engage in daily sales activities, including telemarketing, sales calls, Serviced Residence visits, entertainment, tradeshows, and presentations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the sales process: establish rapport, ask open questions, follow up, manage expectations, address conflicts, overcome objections, close deals, and gather post-feedback
