Job Summary

  • The Systems Analyst provides technical support for the operations, development, and implementation of application software and maintenance for designated electronic operating systems and applicable workflow applications/processes.
  • The analyst acts as a liaison with Riverside's Information Systems department and assumes responsibility for designated projects as required.
  • The Systems Analyst must be able to provide 24/7 on call support on a rotating basis for application issue resolution.

  • 2-3 years IT/Technical Services/System Administrator experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification within 180 days
  • Call rotation availability
  • Weekend and irregular shifts
