This role will act as a subject matter expertise in all matters related to Proxy filings, Compensation Committee Meeting materials, tax filing implications, including 1099, International, 10K, 162M and NQDC.
Prepare and coordinate the annual Proxy CD&A and supporting compensation tables, ensure compliance of SEC rules and policy reviews, and liaise with external compensation consultants.
