Job Summary

  • This role will act as a subject matter expertise in all matters related to Proxy filings, Compensation Committee Meeting materials, tax filing implications, including 1099, International, 10K, 162M and NQDC.
  • Prepare and coordinate the annual Proxy CD&A and supporting compensation tables, ensure compliance of SEC rules and policy reviews, and liaise with external compensation consultants.
