Job Summary
Ensure a warehouse culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with warehouse associates, best-in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations.
Lead with a safety mindset that ensures that every US Foods associate remains injury free, always, and oversee and develop warehouse associates through one-on-one coaching and training.
Maintain physical condition and safety of warehouse and equipment, including preparing work orders for repairs and requisitions for equipment, and ensure Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and FSQA requirements are followed.
