Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Facility Management Position Title: Facilities Technician Working Location: Changi Working Hours: Rotational Shift (2 days, 2 nights, 2 off day, 8am-8pm/8pm-8am) Salary Package: Basic $3,200 + OT Pay + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing on electrical, air conditioning, mechanical, and building systems. Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance on M&E works, air conditioning, or building systems. Maintain facilities or buildings by troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Address defects and customer complaints promptly, responding quickly to fault reports, client requests, or breakdowns. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation; report any issues to the supervisor. Conduct preventive checks and troubleshoot M&E systems. Record or inform the supervisor of any faults or issues during routine checks. Perform any other duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!!
