Job Summary

  • Lead and support initiatives that enhance operational productivity, strengthen digital capability, and enable automation across the personal care organization.
  • Serve as the primary PH liaison for the Greater Asia Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO) and regional digital teams, translating regional digital strategies into local execution plans.
  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, HR, and other functions to map current processes and identify inefficiencies.
