Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform expert-level maintenance and repair tasks in a factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in predictive technologies and control systems, and will be responsible for both preventative and break-fix maintenance

Job Summary

  • Performs expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance, including diagnosing root causes, dismantling devices, repairing/replacing parts, and testing systems.
  • Identifies and sources parts, evaluates alternatives for cost and reliability, and works with Planner Scheduler to optimize preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Utilizes predictive maintenance technologies, updates records, reviews CMMS history, and completes on-the-job training for career development.

Key Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
  • Associates degree with Technical focus and 5 years of related experience OR 7 years of experience
  • Experience in predictive technologies, precision alignments, and general maintenance
  • Understand electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
  • Experience in vibration analysis or laser interferometer operations
