The Director will not only ensure UAMS meets and surpasses regulatory and accreditation standards but will also harness the power of data and analytics to uncover insights, drive decisions, and foster a cycle of continuous enhancement.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare-related field
Seven (7) years clinical experience
Acute care hospital setting experience
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
