Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist to operate x-ray equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures. The ideal candidate will have an accredited background in Radiologic Technology and relevant certifications, with a strong emphasis on quality patient care and teamwork

Job Summary

  • Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated portions of the body as ordered by a physician and is accountable for the performance and documentation of all diagnostic procedures utilizing proper technical parameters to produce quality studies.
  • Adheres to infection prevention, isolation and sterile techniques, ALARA principles, and utilizes proper patient identification to ensure the correct exam is performing on the correct patient at the correct time.
