Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, processing employment related documentation, and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required Fire/Internal Disasters and External Mass Casualty Drills, and organize In Service education programs for staff including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid RN or LVN/LPN license
