Job Summary
Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to internal and external customers.
Manage end-to-end order handling in SAP and Salesforce, including purchase requisitions, PO quality checks, and customer follow-ups.
Support stock management, material transactions, customer/vendor setup, and training bookings while identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency.
