The Sales operation lead is responsible for governing, strengthening and monitoring the operating framework that powers Castrol’s commercial engine across all B2C regions.
This role supports the implementation of Sales Operations SOPs and compliance framework, ensuring that all customer operations, sales and distributor processes being followed by sales team without any deviations.
As the central facilitator between HO governance teams — Controls, E&C, Finance, Digital — and the regional execution layer, the SOL ensures bringing ground realities to HO.
