Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years FCAW welding experience on heavy plate
  • 3+ years structural fitting and fit-up experience
  • Ability to read complex blueprints and weld symbols
  • Multi-pass welding on thick plate material
  • Experience with jacks, clamps, jigs, and layout tools

Nice-to-have

  • Strong safety-first mindset in heavy manufacturing
  • Proficiency with tram points, calipers, and combination sets
  • Willingness to work overtime to meet production demands
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Requirements
