Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Excellent English and Arabic linguistic skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
Understanding of different building types and customer segments
Good knowledge of environmental and sustainability requirements
Good CAD and optional BIM skills
Basic knowledge of competitors’ products
Good understanding of total costing and local norms
