Job Summary

  • This role involves building and leading the operational engine behind how MaintainX hires, managing a team of 4-5 direct reports.
  • The successful candidate will own the ATS workflows, build real-time analytics dashboards, and enforce strict process discipline for 400+ annual hires.
  • You will partner closely with Finance on headcount planning while driving the migration from Greenhouse to Ashby in April 2026.
