You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and monitor staffing levels to ensure quality care is maintained at all times.
This role involves participating in committee meetings, assisting with quality assurance programs, and ensuring that all personnel comply with established safety and infection control procedures.

Key Requirements

Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
Ability to read technical procedures and policy manuals
