Key Requirements

Prior use of a trouble ticket tracking system
Experience with iOS, Android mobile devices
Experience with common law firm tools
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and iManage desired
Experience with video conference meetings and AV equipment
Experience with remote access (Citrix, VPN, Remote Desktop)
