WebFX is seeking a Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial infrastructure development during a pivotal transition period. This role demands extensive FP&A experience, particularly in a PE-backed environment, as well as strong analytical and mentoring skills

Job Summary

  • This role involves building financial infrastructure from near-scratch to support a strategic PE transaction transition in 2027.
  • The successful candidate will own the rolling 6-quarter financial forecast and develop complex SaaS metrics models including ARR bridges and CAC/LTV analysis.
  • Candidates will work directly with a CFO experienced in PE transactions and have real equity participation in an upcoming transaction.
