Job Summary
This internship provides an opportunity to work with enterprise-level software systems used to support transportation operations across North Carolina.
The intern will assist with application support, incident management, troubleshooting, and system maintenance while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Interns will gain exposure to enterprise application environments, operational support processes, and real-world IT service management practices.
