The role requires deep technical expertise in equipment and process management, alongside the ability to develop and coach team members.

Job Summary
As an expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment, leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
You will partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, own the technology and process centerline settings, and manage the R&M budget for the line.
You will build technical and maintenance skills of the technicians, spending at least 50% of your time coaching them to operate and maintain their equipment independently.
