Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or Engineering required
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IT infrastructure experience
  • At least 5 years of team leadership in federal government O&M
  • Must possess PMP certification or accredited project management degree
  • Must have ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
  • Direct experience with federal contracts and SLA/KPI management
  • Ability to pass NACI/MBI security investigation
