Job Summary
The Area Manager is responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations.
This role engages in and coaches the team to achieve the Retail Health vision of transforming health care through delivering an exceptional experience to its customers and team members.
The Area Manager will maintain broad ownership of all administrative functions including operations, marketing, finance, human resource management, and medical and business information systems.

Salary
Base: $93,954.00 - $136,572.80 USD; Bonus/Equity: volume incentives, customer experience bonuses; Benefits: medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience
