The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephones, limited to clerical duties only.
Essential duties include providing general administrative and clerical support, checking visitors in, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.
This position has no clinical involvement and requires basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, clerical functions, and a multiline phone system.
