Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the daily mechanical operations of the hospital, medical office buildings, physical plant and grounds by performing routine maintenance.
The Technician is also responsible for security during dayshift hours by locking and unlocking of buildings, security systems, and responding to Code Gray pages.
This role requires regular and sustained attendance and may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts, with on-call work potentially required.
