The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and protected health information.
Key responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, measuring vital signs, observing for pressure areas, and reporting any changes in condition or incidents promptly.
