Job Summary

  • Through proactive engagement with the recognised stakeholders at all levels, maintain a positive culture of employee relations across the MEH Programme and minimising industrial disputes as far as practicable.
  • Take the lead, involving MEHJV partners, in addressing and resolving disputes and industrial action, official and unofficial, on behalf of MEH.
  • Lead and foster a positive Nuclear Safety Culture and role model safety behaviours.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years Industrial Relations experience in a management role
  • Proven track record in large scale projects in the nuclear or similar regulated sector
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Relevant Professional Qualification - preferably CIPD Qualified
  • Can achieve security clearance (BPSS or higher)
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK
