Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end US Property Accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely close, compliance with client SLAs, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time in line with client SLAs and SOW.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and control enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • US Property Accounting or Real Estate Accounting
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce
  • MBA Finance
  • Inter CA (or equivalent)
