Job Summary

  • The Individual Sales Representative shall be responsible for sales acquisition and retention strategies for Medicare, identifying, contacting, and following up with prospects in the Medicare market.
  • The Representative will develop strategies to build positive relationships with key organizations and contacts in the community to assist in growth and retention of membership throughout the year.
  • In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off.
