Key Requirements

  • Previous F&B department head level experience
  • Strong, proven leadership and management skills
  • Working knowledge of Silverware POS
  • Post-Secondary Degree in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management
  • Ability to delegate tasks and follow up
  • Physically fit to lift trays, stand and walk
