Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
At least four (4) years of accounting or financial management experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master's degree preferred
Four (4) years of management and direct supervision experience preferred
Experience in public higher education or state government finance preferred
Familiarity with Workday ERP System preferred
Knowledge of Arkansas fiscal and accounting procedures preferred
