Job Summary
Manage a team of 6, including 5 UAP Referents and 1 Inspector, organizing field activities for optimal operational coverage and piloting team workload based on production needs.
Monitor budget hours per aircraft, track PU performance and objectives, and actively participate in SQCDP meetings representing the Quality function.
Manage documentation such as Self-Control Forms (FAC) and control plans, track personnel qualifications, administer defect entry tools, and establish team versatility matrices.

Key Requirements
3+ years of team management experience in industrial serial production
Experience in aeronautics or regulated sector
Expertise in non-conformity management and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Why)
Familiarity with performance indicators (SQCDP, OQD) and Quality IT systems (SAP, Synaps)
