Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Fluency in French and English
Degree or Diploma in Computing/STEM
Programming abilities in Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, .NET, JavaScript, Perl
Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, XML, API
Understanding of database concepts and SQL
Nice-to-have
Previous experience in Technical Support
Experience with Salesforce technologies
Official Salesforce Certification
Familiarity with Trailhead or Trailhead Ranger status
CRM domain knowledge
VisualForce and Apex knowledge
Experience with Eclipse IDE and ANT

Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure
