KeyResponsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth operations Handle data entry, filing, and proper document organization Manage invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders across multiple outlets Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support operational needs Assist in managing schedules, emails, calls, and general office correspondence Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation at all times Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required Requirements Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any field Prior administrative experience is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible Good communication and coordination skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team
