Job Summary
Responsible for prepping and preparation of food as directed and performing any cooking, baking, butchering required and performs any and all duties in the kitchen.
The tasks assigned must be completed quickly and efficiently while still abiding by necessary guidelines that will ensure quality standards are met.
Must be able to work in a high stress environment and in confined spaces for long periods of time.
