Job Summary
Drive the technical execution of our U.S. BioPharmaceuticals digital engagement tools, focusing on the build and maintenance of a seamless, data-driven experience for healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients.
Lead the technical build-out and day-to-day optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, and support the deployment of Agentforce pilots to automate customer interactions.
You will be at the forefront of the agentic era of CRM, leveraging the latest Salesforce tools to drive patient impact at scale and shape the technical foundation of a modern, data-driven engagement ecosystem.
