Key Requirements
Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS)
High School Grad or Equiv
Ability to provide basic care for newborns
Basic knowledge of pregnancy and labor process
Ability to maintain sterile fields
Surgical Instrument Terminology
Knowledge of Caesarean Section procedural responsibilities
Clear communication skills, strong anticipatory skills, and concentration to detail
Assembly of mechanical devices, knowledge of surgical instrumentation, and fundamental human anatomy
Must be able to work well with multiple team members
