  • Implement and monitor quality management systems and processes to ensure full compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and relevant national and international regulations.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, assessments, and surveillance activities of products, processes, and suppliers to identify non-conformances, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead the investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented and verified.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
  • 3-5+ years in Quality Assurance/Control
  • AS/EN 9100, ISO 9001 knowledge
  • PERAM 145 regulations familiarity
  • Certified Internal or Lead Auditor
  • English and Spanish fluency
