Job Summary

  • As a key member of our sales strategy and operations team, the associate will play a crucial role in managing the operations of a full multi-channel sales force, helping support the build of world-class sales-enablement technology, and strategically evaluating new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Own the end-to-end Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) certificate workflow for broker and agent onboarding, including validating certificate completion, ensuring compliance with CMS standards, and driving timely clearance so agents can achieve Ready-to-Sell (RTS) status and start helping Medicare-eligible members as quickly as possible.
