Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to act as a leader to production Associates while performing non-cyclical production work such as ordering and maintaining materials necessary to run production.
This position will follow and ensure written procedures are met to ensure production and quality requirements, including recognizing when Good Documented Practices are not being followed.

7+ years light assembly experience
Regulated industry experience required
Computer proficiency required
Ability to read detailed instructions
Recognize obvious defects in workmanship
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Nice-to-have
Associate's degree preferred
Medical device experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in multiple critical assembly processes
Willingness to fill in where needed
Ability to train others in operations
