Job Summary

• The Radiation Oncology Clinic Nurse provides nursing assessment, intervention, medication administration, symptom management, education, and direct patient care through the nursing process to the radiation therapy population.
• The RN possesses oncology experience, as well as broad general knowledge and skills to competently provide appropriate nursing care and patient education.
• The Radiation Oncology Nurse is directly responsible to the department manager/Assistant Director and the Chief Radiation Oncologist.

• ONS/ONCC Radiation Therapy Certificate Course within 30 days of hire
